Hello, I’m Mathew Gurr. Born and raised in Mid-Sussex, I have been helping clients move since 1997. Over that time, I have worked for large corporate Agents, leading independent Agents and a cold start office. Working in small and large teams, I’ve gained a huge amount of experience and expertise in what it takes to negotiate with buyers and sellers, provide solutions to problems and fundamentally, move clients onto their next stage.
That journey has led me to being able to offer a personal one to one service for clients and I’m really excited to launch my own Estate Agency business, here in Mid Sussex.
Living in Haywards Heath, I know the town and the surrounding villages really well. I truly believe that a great Agent will live and breathe the environment they are working in and know how to act in the client’s best interest.

How do I differ from other Mid Sussex estate agents?
The starting point is to have the correct hard work ethic and passion. With that in place, a good Agent will fulfil a number of roles. You need to be level headed, know how to negotiate and offer solutions to problems that will inevitably arise.
